I’ve played sports my entire life – skiing, swimming, field hockey, jiu jitsu, bodybuilding and more. I loved them all in unique ways and took lessons from all my coaches into how I train my athletes. While I love playing sports and working out for myself, I find purpose in helping other women strive for their athletic goals. I specialize in body composition transformations, specifically helping women build an hourglass figure through strength training. My goal is for all my athletes to feel confident and proud of the bodies they’ve built.
